Trekking poles make walking more fun. Learn to use them properly with a book, class or video. Poles increase the intensity of your regular walk. They add stability to hiking on trails or other uneven ground. Make more of your walk. Use a pair of trekking poles.
When I go grocery shopping, I am surprised by the kinds of foods I don't buy anymore. Ice cream, chips, soda. I see them in other shopping carts & wonder why people are wasting their nutrition dollars on junk when they could have yogurt, oranges, and lemon water instead. My tastes HAVE changed!
