FAST MUSIC !!
When on the treadmill/ elliptical machine, and you think you are tired, cannot go faster and want to slow down/stop .
carry a small music player and GOOD QUALITY headphones, crank up the volume to our favorite dance music, or any music with loud beats and a fast tempo , and see how it miraculously pumps energy into you..
you will find yourself running faster... (try raising the resistance/elevation , you wont even notice it)
especially for indian food, which involves carb-loaded meals with Rotis, Naans and basmati rice,
Serve yourself 1 roti OR 1 cup rice, some entree
Decorate the rest of the plate with SALAD, Raw Veggies, low-fat Yogurt raita. the plate will look full and satisfying without loading up on extra carbs!
u will think twice before reaching for extra naans, rotis and second helpings of rice!!!
