Add a little peanut butter!!

Peanut butter majorly curbs hunger. One of my favorite snacks is an apple with 1.5-2 tsp of peanut butter. Under 250 calories and keeps me full for a LONG time. PB & banana sandwiches are really filling too. Having one of these two things every day helps keep me full. Plus, PB is one of my favorite foods. Win win!

just 15 minute

when i'm not in the mood for walking,i'll tell myself all you have to do to do today is walk 15 minutes.by the time i've walked close to 15 minutes my endorphins have kicked in and i'm usually feeling better and then i do the rest of my walking.only once in a while i'll stop at 15 .It really works.

Pack a bag

Grazing throughout the day has been my success. Each morning I pack a bag with fruits, veges, 1/4 cup cottage cheese or any other dairy, Some source of whole wheat like Wheat Thins (you can have 10 in a serving). Then I take this back where ever I go. If I am super hungry I can eat the bag all at once or I can graze on it throughout the day. Doing this allows me to eat healthy and stay satisfied. I have lost 40 pounds doing this.
