Chicken prepared once helps all week I buy bulk fresh chicken and bake 1/3 of it right away (store in ziploc for quick access to add to salad or take as a main dish for lunches). The remaining 2/3 I use for meals later (see below)

Straight Talk now sells Android phones that can do everything you need it to do so why pay that $160.00 bill to your phone company when it only cost $45.00 for unlimited Straight Talk, talk, text, data and video. They even have two different Androids that you can make payments on for $25.00 a month to purchase the phone. Straight Talk is run by Verison and where I live that covers everywhere. For $6.00 a month I can protect my phone and get it replaced if it is damaged or gets wet. Switch now!

I am usually bored with most exercises. Exercise is especially hard during the winter months in Wisconsin. I am Native American and I am passionate about dance. So I found a way to make exercise fun. I go to YouTube and find a Pow Wow playlist and I play it while I dance around my house. Pow Wows aren't just for Native American people either. If you go to a Pow Wow they have dances called Intertribal where everybody regardless of race or clothes can get up dance. So everybody let's Pow Wow dance!

Last year I trained for my first marathon, quite an undertaking for someone who is overweight and leads a busy life. However, I found that the more I ran the lower my stress was. I was working crazy overtime, raising 2 small children, maintaining a relationship and running 10-15 hours per week, between 4 and 22 miles at a shot. I found that my Sunday 20-mile run wasn't leaving me exhausted for the work week. On the contrary, I was more alert at work and more energized with my family.

I'm feel proud of myself when I am able to follow my food plan for the day. There is a good feeling of accomplishment that helps towards the next day. Like to take it a day at a time and feel good.

An easy way to drink 8 glasses of water a day is to get a tall glass which holds 500 ml or 16 floz. Drink one when you wake up in the morning, another before lunch, again before dinner. Thats 6 down, just two more to go throughout the day and whilee exercising and your done.

Clean less inefficiently and move more. When straightening up the house, work on one room at a time and put each item that belongs in that room In its rightful place. As you find things that don't belong in that room, put them together in one spot. Then when you have finished straightening that room, empty your pile of items that belong elsewhere one item at a time. You'll walk take a lot more steps walking back and forth to other rooms. When all the items have been put up, move to the next room and straighten it the same way.
