Drinking 8 glasses of Water each day.

I have a 34 ounce cup that I use to drink water. I fill it up twice a day and that equals 68 ounces of water a day.

Eating healthy meals

I cut out the carbohydrates from my diet. I stopped eating pasta, rice, bread, and potatoes. My diet consist of meat and vegetables for lunch; and fruit for dinner. For a snack I will eat a handfull of nuts. For breakfast I will alternate between a breakfast sandwhich or oatmeal. By changing my diet and eating more fruits and vegetables daily I have lost 24 pounds so far. I used to be on insulin shots. Once I changed my eating habits my doctor took me off of the insulin.
