Try to think of delicious things to eat, rather than worrying about the bad stuff. The anticipation and preparation will enhance your enjoyment of every food. If you are conscious of what you are eating, you will take pleasure in smaller quantities and will reject food that just doesn't taste good.
If you feel like you are overwhelmed and don't have time to get everything done, break it up into 60s segments. This is also great if you aren't feeling motivated- after all, we can all manage to do something, no matter how much we hate it, for just a minute.
Moderation not working? Can't control your cravings? Get strict with yourself! Go a whole day- a whole week- a whole month- without junk food, sweets, soda and anything else you binge on. You will see amazing results and feel accomplished.
