Simple Math and Meeting Goals Easily

Somehow when I think about drinking 8 glasses a water in day, I get overwhelmed. But when I think drink 1 glass for every hour I'm awake, it's doable. After being awake 12 hours, I have drank 96 ounces in a day. It's very manageable and I'm proud I reached my goal.
