i added breakfast to my daily routine, a yougurt every morning, i no longer binge at my desk every morning and i have ignored the office candy bowl for over a week.

I am going to the dentist today for a temporary crown after getting a root canal done last week! I used to floss once a month! But now after seeing my difficulties @ the dentist AND hearing about a report on flossing that deals with our daily health [it was on the news a few weeks ago] .Now I DO floss daily!! My dentist had TOLD me this years before!Sometimes, it takes a while for the information to sink in....
Tuna without Mayo
I never thought I would eat tuna without mayo, but I had it the other day, it was amazing. Tuna on a baguette, with cherry tomatoes and muesclin lettuce. Amazing and a great way to cut back on fat and calories.

Chew gum instead
When I am hungry, but don't need to eat any more calories, I chew a piece of gum. I keep gum in my purse and in the kitchen at home.
Ignore those that try and drag you down...
It is so important to ignore those who are negative about your journey and to ignore the guilt that comes from doing something for yourself.
I am learning this each and everyday...and because of this I am actually acheiving mygoals!! S L O W L Y but surely...

I CAN do this!!
I really can do whatever I need to do to live a healthy lifestyle. I can eat well and manage/ control what I eat. I can exercise daily. I can fit in extra good things.
I do this because I like it.
put it on your schedule
Every Sunday I plan out my exercise for the week. I keep everything in Google Calendar. I look at the schedules for my gym, as well as my personal schedule, and plan out all my workouts. Once it is in my calendar, I treat it as an appointment that I cannot miss.
