What I found has been different this time for me is I NEVER, EVER start over or from Day 1 when I have a slip, I forgive myself gently and start my normal planning and workouts. Starting over reminds us of all the failed diets, which can lead to collapse..every year, month, day still counts!
The scale is a good way to track your progress and stay honest with yourself, but it can also make you feel like a failure if the numbers aren't just right. Before getting on the scale, take a deep breath and say or think something positive about yourself and your efforts.
