Things to reduce in everyone diet

I have found that reducing sodium and cutting out sodas has really helped me with my weight loss. I just quit buying sodas all together and I gradually started reducing my sodium levels by using lots of other spices. Oh it was no easy task but I can tell a big difference in my life.

Active 2 for the playstation

I totally think that I am getting a really intense workout from doing this because I am doing small intervals of running and squats plus I am still doing other exercise as well. Definitely worth the investment.

Move it to Loose it!!!

I can just tell you all that you will never loose it if you don't get off of it. I think it is really important also to do strength training in addition to your regular cardio. But you must do the cardio first for the after burn effect.

Fruits and Veggies

I found that if you fill your countertops with fresh fruits and veggies then you are more likely to consume those instead of junk food items. Stock everyone you will be so glad you did. Just say NO to the crap and junk food.

Grocery Store are the worst, they always have junk and processed foods on sale. I don't even like to go for that reason but if you go to your local farmers market and fill up on fruits and fresh veggies then you don't have the money or the space for the other temptations that exist.
