These "muffin tops" are amazing! Only 100 calories, 1.5 g of fat each. And 9 g of fiber! And not only that but they offer 15 different vitamins and minerals (many of which are 50% daily value). And to top it off, I think they are good! So far I've only tried the Deep Chocolate flavor but they have many other ones. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick, easy, on-the-go breakfast or snack. (Side note: These are only 1 Weight Watcher Points Value also)
Bring Your Own Snack! When going to a party or any other social gathering where you know people will be serving tables full of mini pizzas, chocolate peanut butter balls, or whatever other finger foods they can find...bring your own snack! I put an apple, banana, or fruit & grain bar in my purse. Whenever everyone is grazing and I am feeling the temptation, I'll eat my snack. I always feel better afterwards and it is way easier than just not eating while watching others eat.
Nix going out to eat, even if its fast food. Not only will you save a ton of money but you'll eat healthier if you prepare your food yourself. Also, think ahead when you get your paycheck and set aside money for every bill and gas that you'll need until you get paid again. What's left is for food and entertainment.
