Whenever I am having a "blah" day, I write down as many things I can think of that I am thankful for. EVERYTHING. The little things and the big things. Like today, I am so thankful for the support and motivation I recieve from my sparkfriends.
You can be anywhere, anytime and do something active, NO EXCUSES. Any room in your house, down the stairs, walking to the car...getting mail, make it a fitness activity.
