COOL & REFRESHING, WHIP UP SOME BANANA SOFT FREEZE!

I don't remember where I read this, so forgive me if I'm repeating someone's secret. I used 3 frozen med bananas, put them in the blender with a touch of skim milk and the result was banana soft freeze. I mixed in a little cinnamon and it was a nice treat.

No Time for Breakfast? Here is a quick, portable & delicious idea!

I always have a quick breakfast ready when time is short. Individual containers of plain Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup of low-fat, high-fiber cereal in a snack size zip bag as well as a sm size serving of berries in a snack size zip bag when mixed together make a portable, delicious & easy breakfast.
