Anytime I have just a few minutes, on commercials, even right after using the restroom before flushing and walking out into the feront room, I jog in place for a minute. It raises my heart rate and wakes my body up to get my blood flowing and my heart beating.
Setting the weight 20 pounds over what I'm used to but still able to lift, lift 10 times three sets in a row then lower by 20. I go back to the 20 over but by alternating the two I get used to the higher weight and manage to build muscle.
