i found that if i eat good carbs the first two meals of the day i seem to lose a lil faster than if i eat them whenever. my doctor gave me this advice and it works. it is especially beneficial since i do my exercising in the morning.
i found out that to make a low fat tuna salad i replace the lite mayo with a serving of hidden valley ranch fat free salad dressing. it has alot of flavor and it has only 30 calories in two tablespoons versus 45 in one tablespoon of lite mayo. it makes the tuna very creamy and spreadable.
when i finally realized that getting healthy was the number one factor in losing weight, i sort of lost sight of the goal to be skinny. being slimmer is just a bonus. so now i find it easier to stay on track and to be appreciative of of the weight loss on my weekly weigh in and exercising just seems to be natural.
