Increase your protein!

When I slip up, it's because I've been gradually adding more carbs back into my diet, which lead to more (bad) carb cravings. I start feeling out of control. When I increase my protein again, suddenly it doesn't take nearly as much effort to stay on track.

Resist overeating at dinner!

I know I'm supposed to eat slowly. I know it can take 20 minutes for my brain to register that I'm full. REGARDLESS, I am often hungry after I eat my allotted food at dinner.

The only way I've been able to solve that problem is to LEAVE THE KITCHEN and record my calories on my Spark tracker...

Don't jack up a Mani!

snacking can be my downfall... not hungry needing to snack snacking... mindless snacking. So I paint my nails. I can't eat with wet fingernails!
