When I Black Friday shop, I'm usually out for AT LEAST 8 hours...make sure to bring healthy snacks with you so when you get snacky you don't grab something at the register...you save money and calories!
I screwed up. Oh well, I'm human. I've done it before and I'll screw up again and again, and still I'll try again tomorrow.

A few people that I know have found that temptation makes losing weight soooo much harder. I have a deep love of junk food, I've learned to substitute healthier choices for my regular junk foods and help keep me on track.
ex: doughnuts-- buy a doughnut pan and make muffins or cupcakes or fin...
Check your OnDemand feature from your cable company for FREE exercise programs, they have everything... pilates, ab sculpting, tai bo, etc sure beats buying (and storing) so many workout DVDs and always gives a variety!
