I make sure that my portions are all decided on and measured out before I ever take my first bite. This is easy at home, because you control how much you put on your own plate. However, I always make sure that the same is true when I eat out by either planning ahead and going to the restaurant's

I love books and I'm easily bored by exercise. I recently discovered that my local library allows you to download audiobooks for your iPod for free. So now, I look forward to exercising so that I can get some "reading" in!

Sometimes when I have a bad eating day, it's tempting to just not log it. Why bother? I know that I went over my goals! But I have found that logging the bad stuff helps me to get it off my chest, and then I can move forward and get back on that wagon that much quicker.
