Subbing for sour cream, etc

I find that using 0% fat Greek yogurt (I like Fage from Costco) in place of full fat or even low fat sour cream works well in nearly everything, even in a cooked/baked item. I get less fat overall and an extra protein boost. I tend to not eat a lot of meat so the extra protein is a plus for me.
