I have a file folder on my desk. I like to have it cleared at the end of the day, and if it is a big project, by the end of the week.
We have long hallways at work, so when I have to go down one of them to go get something, I usually ended up running down them. Not only do I get what I need faster, but I burn just a little bit more calories running instead of walking!
I have a co-worker that always talk with me about weight loss and maintains a positive attitude. We also send foods that taste great and are low in calories to each other so we know if there are new things out there to buy!
