A cup of coffee in the morning from home or Starbucks makes me use the restroom more often, in turn forcing me to loose more weight. Coffee in moderation is a great push on weight loss.
A secret to success for me has been maintaining a daily caloric intake LESS than what SP suggests. I don't do it on purpose but have found most often that I am not hungry enough to consume the 1400-1700 calories each day. This allows me to be a little more lazy with regard to exercise.
