Buying a juicer was probably one of the best ideas I've had in a long time. Sometimes I struggle with getting the right amount of fruits and vegetables but now I can drink them and experiment as I go!

Use your Co-Workers!

Recently, I have asked a few of my co-workers to be walking buddies during the lunch hour. It helps me stay motivated, as well as, helping co-workers improve their health. It is a great way to get out of the office and burn some calories during the day!

Fruits!

With each meal, I try to find a way to incorporate fruits into it. Ex, I will eat a whole grain waffle with a tea of peanut butter and a 1/4 of cup of blueberries.

Drink Water

I like to have a competition with myself each day when consuming my water. It is my goal to drink at least 4 cups by noon and 4 cups by five. When it seems I may not make my deadline, me and my water bottle walk to the restroom and other places together until it is gone.
