So, this week hasn't been the best in my journey, but there is always another, another opportunity, and another week to pick it UP!
I realized today, looking outside into the gloom , that it is hard to be upbeat when it looks so dreary. That is why my motivaton has to come from up above and within ME
Today, I have successfully completed four days of my plan to work out 6 days. Since I only did four days last week, the rest of the workouts will be gravy. No looking back and moping....just pushing forward and kicking BOOTY!!
Sometimes you just have to fake it until you make it. False motivation is better than no motivation at all. I have learned over the years, that sometimes you just are not feeling it, but you SOLDIER on anyway, and then WA~LA, the motivation kicks IN!!
Weight loss is a journey not a RACE. Enjoy the path and destination.
Knowing that every step forward and even the ones backwards lead to our finish line.
Don't say this out loud, but Clean Eating is FUN!!!
This week, I am focusing on eating clean. So, for this week, no red meat. Just lots of protein with beans, lots of veggies, and fruits.
