Sometimes hits you right between the eyes with the unexpected. You are entitled to your disappointment and discouragement, BRIEFLY, but then you Keep It Moving. We can't allow these things to derail us from our fitness missions!
Sometimes you have to just take a break from your workout schedule. I have learned to listen to my body and give it what it needs without the guilt. If I am not feeling 100% I don't feel the need to torture my body just to say I have worked out!
The biggest lesson learned this past year is that loving life, loving the challenges of life and embracing the changes that come with life are just as important as exercise and diet (healthy eating). It is possible to still be unhealthy if you are exercising and eating right, if you are negative and STRESSED out all of the time. Just saying is all!
