Super Foods in One Meal
For breakfast, a yummy and great start to the day is plain low-fat yogurt mixed with blueberries and sprinkled with flaxseed. (a teaspoon of honey if you need more sweetness)

Stressed spelled backwards is Desserts!
I keep a bag of small apples, blueberries, strawberries or whatever fruit is in season and reach for that instead of the proverbial candy dish when things get hectic at work!

Fresh Blueberries are in season and taste great! I love eating them with plain yogurt or just as they are.
Grocery Shopping at Target
Wow, I saved a lot of money buying cereals, fruits, vegetables and frozen foods shopping at Target. The price difference was substantial!
Keep it simple and enjoy foods that are the least processed. When I stay away from white foods, sweets, and sodas, I always feel better and more energized!
Keep it Simple
Avoid sugars and highly processed foods as much as possible. For me, they seem to trigger more food cravings and overeating. Doing these 2 things is the secret to good health and weight loss.
