I haven't been on program long but I find that reading other peoples weight loss blogs and articles on sparkpeople keeps me motivated.
I start off each day by going online to the site
When I'm very into exercising as I am now, if I crave a sweet treat, I think of how many calories the treat is and how many minutes it would take to work off that treat. The numbers leave me feeling no desire to have the treat.
