Lemon Juice

I love to cook with lemon juice. Adding a little to chicken or pasta really jazzes up the flavor - espcially when mixed with a small amount of dijon and horseradish. The flavor is nice, but not overwhelming; provides a fix when you want something a little more flavorful. A little lemon juice and cayenne pepper flakes is also good on steamed veggies!

Good Excuses

I try and come up with an excuse each day to get out of the office and take a quick walk (like picking something small up from a place down the street). Even if brief - helps clear my mind and get in an extra 10+ min of exercise.

Good excuses

I work in the city. I try to find an excuse each day to run an errand that requires me to go on at least a 10 min walk. Anything to try and get a few extra steps in.

I try to make the earlier train so that I can get off a stop farther from my office and get in a little additional exercise.
