Try water first

Feeling hungry again? You may just be thirsty. Drink a glass of water and see if you still feel hungry. Often time thirst for me feels like hunger, but after rehydrating I feel satisfied.

Dont wait for motivation

People often say they wish they "had the motivation" to exercise, and ask me where I get mine. I tell them I don't. I don't have, want, get, or wait for motivation to exercise. What I try to do is ignore the motivations to NOT exercise; the "I don't want to" and "I'm busy." Instead it's a part of my day I just DO without questioning it. Sometimes it means I put on my running clothes and walk out the door before I have a plan, just to keep myself from going down the "I don't feel like it" road.
