Take small steps, start out 30 minutes a day with a routine you enjoy. After a while you want to do more. I have been going now for 35 days 60 minutes each day. I am really seeing a difference in how my clothes fit and the scale has moved a bit too.
I started 13 days ago doing 30 minutes, then 30 minutes 2x a day now I do the cardio for 30 minutes and the hips Buns and Thighs for 25 minutes. I have lost 1.5 inches from my my waist, abdomen and hips. Not bad 4.5 inches in just 12 days.
