Summertime brings vacations and the strong possibility of overindulging while we are enjoying ourselves. If this occurs, as soon as you are home again, get back into your routine. Even if there has been some weight gain, start tracking that food and exercising again!

Folex is in a white bottle with purple writing and has a spray trigger. If you have an old food stain, spray some directly onto the stain and rub with your finger or sponge. I have seen it work on 2 month old chocolate stain that was dried into the carpet after using another product. It is a little slice of carpet heaven in a bottle. If you gradually change the way you eat, you will gradually change your tastes for foods. Don't eliminate something completely at once--cut back on it and eventually you won't have the desire for it as much as you did.
Since one trigger of over-eating or mindless eating is stress, find ways to reduce stress. For me, one way has been to simplify my life, know what is most important to me and devote my time to those pursuits. As I find I have more time, I can incorporate more, but for now, I need to stay pretty basic. For me, my priorities are ME (my studies and my health) and my family. When I feel more balanced I'd like to get back into some of my other interests.
