I have seen them at dept. stores and ordered one from Avon when they were on sale for $20.00.They are those vertical cloth cubholes for the 5 days of the week that hang in the closet and you fit a CHILD'S OUTFIT IN each one for each day of the school week! Each divider is labelled with the day~
If you have a very busy day,
drinking water before each meal helps me to eat less. I find if you drink one glass of cold water you get full faster. I also use water in between meals if I feel hungry. Sometimes that satisfy and I tend to snack less.
When it seems like there is just "too much to do," take one deep breath. Then choose one small thing to do and complete every day. Then do the same small thing the next day, and add one more healthy choice. Keep doing the previous small things, and soon you will have created many healthy habits!
Getting in water is one of the hardest challenges for me. I typically just don't drink a lot of fluids. So here is what I have learned to do to help. I have 2 water bottles at all times. One in front of me and one in the refrigerator.
True friends - they are not looking to change me or make me into something that I am not. The world is a better place because I am in it. I can spread gloom or I can spread cheer – I decide and I make MY own decisions – I choose to smile - a smile is contagious a frown is not.
When I'm feeling a little blue because things are not quite going the way I'd planned, I find a reason to laugh! A good joke, a funny email from a friend, an old memory. And boy can I laugh! And the next thing you know, I'm feeling great and back on track. Laughter really is the best medicine!
When you first make the jump to trying to include more vegtables frozen mixes can be great! Dont worry if you try one that is nasty, i had that problem, try a few diff ones! This is also the same when your trying to switch to whole wheat bread, try a few diff ones if the first one isnt any good!
