I take a small watering can to water my flowers, around the mail box/around the house! Cause that way, I have to make many, many trips to fill that small bucket up to water flowers! Look at all the cals. your burning up!
I like to slice one up and keep a cereal bowl full, on the counter in the kitchen, That way when I'm looking for something to munch on, I have it all ready, and they are very low in calories. I can eat the whole thing, and it keeps my tummy full!
Sometimes, when i want just something else, I make up small box of Jello in Peach flavor in a glass, 1c. hot water, 1c. cold water, then drink. It takes the craveing away, and filles my stomach up! Going to try Lime next, only a few calories also!And your full to the top!
When I want a chocolate treat at night, I make sure I have chocolate fudge jello instant pudding made up/with FF milk.

When I want something in between meals. 3:00p.m. I sip on a A & W Root Beer, it has lots of flavor, and taste sweet all at once, by the time I get to 3/4 of the can, I can't drink it all cause it taste too sweet!
I fond out that if I get my exercise in before breakfast, is when I lose my weight. When I walked after supper I couldn't lose anything!

I have a 2 buddies that I have been exercising with since I was 38....I'm now 62 and still have the same great buddies! We set up a time to walk or ride bikes together. One night we do her side of town and the next night we do my side of town! We talk about what we ate for the day!
