up 3.9 pounds, down 4.1 Wow!

Funny but it worked. I kept gaining all week after keeping up with the program. Thurs. Night, I drank 16 oz. water after 1/2 lemon. Weighted less next a.m. Up 8 times. Ha! Fri. night 1T. of lemon concentrate with 16 oz. water. Up 4 times. Weight down 4.1. Gone today, not sure what to expect tomorrow. Call it water retention-fine. Its' gone for now.

Getting down the Water!

The easiest way for me is to start early. I take it like medicine; as quickly as possible. It usually takes 8 gulps and 1 breath to drink the whole 8 ounces . Ha! emoticon After my 12th day, it is getting a little easier!

Staying Satisfied

Drink 1 to 2 cups of water before meals if I am exceptionally hungry.
(Also, I send my husband to the grocery store for me, if I think I will be tempted to cheat)
