I use the Spark People video library to get in exercise during the lunch hour. 10 minutes to 14 minutes videos are easy to sneak in and I feel great!
Buy at least two sets of measuring spoons and cups. It makes cooking and eating easier, if you do not have to stop and clean it before using it.
If your goal is to decrease and/or eliminate the caffeine in coffee, try easing into that goal with part decaf and part regular coffee. I use high quality (bold) decaf with half mild regular coffee. That way I get some caffeine and avoid caffeine withdrawal side effects.
Just discovered Fruit Pearls. It's a frozen fruit snack and only 75 calories with no fat.
