8 glasses a day help flush the pounds away!

To start my day, I measure out 8 glasses of water in a pitcher. I drink one glass before leaving for work. I take a container with 5 glasses (40 ozs) of water with me and I drink that at work. On my return home I drink the remaining 2 glasses before 6:00 pm. That way I don't have to get up all night...

Walk it off!

I try to walk every chance I get. I also wear a pedometer. At the end of the day, before my bedtime ritual, I take a look at the number of steps I've completed! What a nice surprise!

Buy items on sale and freeze them. For example some fruits & vegetables, bread and even milk. When prices go up you already have these items.
