Everyday Clean one area

I find it great to clean an area a day quickly. I divided our house by 5 area & clean one area daily. By doing that I only have quick pick up and put away to keep house cleaner on Saturday for the weekend! Sunday I don't clean.

Reward yourself for goals met!

If you meet one of your goals during the day, reward yourself by putting a dollar in a jar, if you meet two goals, save $2. Set a goal you want to save for (a new outfit, an exercise DVD, etc) and when you have saved the money, you'll have met your mini goals and get a new item!

Start a Savings Jar

Start with a big jar with a slot, lid securely taped shut labeled with what ever goal you choose. Think of how you could save money: Cut out drinks or dinners out, cans of pop not drunk, etc. and place the money saved in the jar. clear change from wallet daily and add to jar.

Farmer's Markets!

Walking to Farmer's Markets for fresh fruit and vegetables is a wonderful way to get exercise and needed nutrition. When I lived farther away from the market, I would park about two miles away and walk to the market and back to my car!
