I love flaxseed but i couldnt incorprate the seeds into all my meals..it has a nutty flavor and can present itself if u use too much...so i switched to the oil..i add it to my sauces, chillis, smoothies..it doesnt change the flavor of my foods and i am getting well needed nutrition
I try to make as much of my own foods as i can to eliminate the additives preservatives and salt...my own breads, soups, muffins, a few others...i freeze alot and it keeps more on track better because i know it is as fresh as can possibly be, additives free
