I love my sun/solar oven it makes the food moister and doesn't burn. But is only good for locations with good amount of sunshine (don't need heat just sun).
I make my own 100 calorie packs of food by rebaging the whole thing into single serving. As most of the 100 calorie packages are lower calorie just packaged into a set serving size.
I find changing a few words changes your world. Like I try not to say workout but play time, fun time, time getting move, and social time(walking with a friend). I think of working with the PTball and strength training as performing and circus training.
Replaced all my dishes with some old stoneware that had smaller plates and bowls. It keeps your food from getting lost plus it reminds me how this is the amount of food people use to always eat.
Love your exercise DVD but it is getting old. Think you can do it in your sleep. How about turning off the sound and watching it on the computer and then watch your favorite TV show? Or put it DVD on the Tv and enjoy an audio book. I think it really shakes things up.
I use food service scoops for fast and easy measuring of food. The scoops come in lots of sizes from teaspoons to cup size. I use the teaspoon and 1/2 cup the most. They also are great for baking cookies , cupcakes and pancakes.
