Having meals already prepared a day or so ahead makes the week a lot eaiser and less planning. It allows me to eat at home when on the go because I know its ready:)
If you buy the sunday paper some times you will find items that are on sale in the weekly ads for the following week. Try it.
Planning ahead helps me get back on track. Knowing what I will eat for the week and buying foods that are preplanned.
I was at a plateau for months, although tracking, strength training 3x wk and cardio 5x wk the weight did not budge. I added a spin class I am back to loosign 1.5 to 2lbs a wk. Sometimes you have to shock the body get out of the same old routine and try something new and different
