I use a clarifying shampoo on the shower glass at least once a week to keep the glass squeaky clean. I do not like using the harsh chemicals on the glass or the shower walls. This works great and it costs a lot less than those Cleaners on the market. I use Suave Clarifying shampoo.
I use a large ball of aluminum foil in the dryer just like you would use those expensive dryer balls however the foil eliminates all the static in the clothing. I have done this for all permanent press clothing and they come out static free and ready to hang.
I purchased two door stops at the dollar store two to a package, and placed them under my laptop at the rear with the highest part of the door stop to the outside edge. This not only keeps my laptop running cool but gives me the perfect angle for the keyboard. Who knew all for a one dollar invest...

THE FIX----I WENT TO THE MEDICINE CABINET AND GOT A ALCOHOL PAD AND IT TOOK THE SO CALLED PERMANENT INK RIGHT OFF AND THE WHITE ERASE BOARD IS AS GOOD AS NEW.
DOES ANYONE ELSE LOVE THIS EXERCISE DVD AS MUCH AS I DO. I LOVE THE 20 MINUTE LEVEL 1 WHEN I ONLY HAVE A SHORT TIME AVAILABLE FOR A QUICK ROUTINE AND WHEN I WANT TO REALLY FEEL THE BURN I DO THE 40 MINUTE LEVEL 2 WORKOUT.

I order salad as a main course when eating out and it is a meal for me at home. I limit the amount of salad dressing I use by ordering it on the side and using my fork to dip into the dressing then into the salad, it really cuts the calories from crossing you lips and to the tummy.

NEVER GET COMFORTABLE WITH YOUR WEIGHT, IF YOU DO ONE DAY YOU WILL WAKE UP AND NOT BE COMFORTABLE BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE ALLOWED YOURSELF TO GAIN. SO USE CAUTION AND NEVER BE COMFORTABLE BECAUSE THAT COULD LEAD TO NOT WATCHING WHAT YOUR EATING AND GAINING BACK WHAT YOU WORKED SO HARD TO LOSE.
