With having flu this week I didn't have much of an appetite.
I make an endeavor to walk 2 miles every day that I am not going to the gym. Sometimes due to major feet and knee problems I may only get to do 1 mile. My walk involves steep uphill roads as I live in the mountain area of BC.
With physical challenges and your house is a mess, attack it like a stone rather than a mountain -- one room at a time and rest inbetween chores. This will save your sanity and your energy and make you have a sense of accomplishment.
I have used the excuse of pain from neuropathy and low back to keep me from going back to exercising.
