Don't just use the scale to measure your progress. Take notice of how easy it is to buckle your seat belt without lifting your body, your ability to walk further without getting winded, how loose your clothes are getting, the fact that you leave food on your plate when you are satisfied, etc. It all adds up and it all counts towards your goal!
