Today I made this and thought I would share with everyone here. Crystal Light Lemonade 2 quart size add 1 tablespoon lemon juice ,one tray of ice cubes, and water add all in blender and mix . MMMM very refreshing and only 5 calories per glass. My teen even loved it. And keep in mind you could use any flavor of Crystal Light mix . The drink is satisfying as it feels like you have eaten something. No guilt make this a nice little treat.
The cotton that comes in vitamins or medications is a good thing to save. For example if you run out of cotton balls or never buy them the cotton from the medicines or vitamins is great for removing nail polish when you are doing your fingernails or toenails. It isn't wasted this way.
Actually this can save you money as keep you better organized. Instead of buying a book you want to read remember that your local library may have it and then you save money and once finished reading you won't have that book just taking up space at your house.
Think back to where you were when you started your healthy journey and just how far you have come, even if you still have a long way to go remember you are on the RIGHT path and YOU are getting there! That positive thought should put a big smile on your face. In the past the healthy road may have been the road less travelled but now it is the one you always take!
Every day I write down what I know I need to do and focus on more like walk, or drink more water or eating my fruits and veggies I write it on a little chalk board in my kitchen and in a note pad and while it's a simple and easy approach to keep me motivated seeing it in black and white makes me feel more accountable.
I add 100 % lemon juice to 8 ounces of water a couple of times a day it can speed up metabolism and it's easy to do. You can also do real lemon slices if you like that idea better. I used to drink the flavored waters but they taste too sweet to me this of course is not sweet at all but I find it refreshing!
