fitness on a budget?
Fellow sparkers, I am so excited, I just purchased wi fitness plus and the balance board for a steal under $50. I have wanted this and had no idea I could get it at that price. Look around to see what you can find.
My local Farmer's Market usually has $! baskets daily on various fruit and Veggies. They sometimes have a short lifespan but they are good to get your quota in for the day.
The more I sit around and think about doing it, the more tired I become. When I just do it, the more energy I have. Just do it!
Remembering to give appreciation for what I have been loaned by using it everyday.
something on the slate daily
To remind myself everyday no matter where I am, I find a wall and will do at least 10 wall push ups toward my exercise quest for the day. That puts something on the slate from which to build each day.
Add your own twist to your walk
I do Leslie Sasone's walk away the abs, I use my weights and stay on task longer than suggested if I can do more of one segment than another (ie. walk to and fro rather than kick) This works for me as I am gratified when I cannot walk outside.
I save my used dryer sheets to wipe down my washer and dryer, to add a bit of deoderizer to my trash cans and to check my oil! They are handy and easy to hold up to the task.
