My local Farmer's Market usually has $! baskets daily on various fruit and Veggies. They sometimes have a short lifespan but they are good to get your quota in for the day.
The key is to take the time to relax. This journey is all about you taking care of you.

To remind myself everyday no matter where I am, I find a wall and will do at least 10 wall push ups toward my exercise quest for the day. That puts something on the slate from which to build each day.
I do Leslie Sasone's walk away the abs, I use my weights and stay on task longer than suggested if I can do more of one segment than another (ie. walk to and fro rather than kick) This works for me as I am gratified when I cannot walk outside.
