Use stevia for your sweetner. Available under names such as Truvia, Sweet Leaf, and Only Sweet. Usually found right next to Splenda. Also available in the bulk packet. This sweetener has NO sugar dirivative! Much healthier and 0 calories too! Take with you to eat out as restaurants don't have it!

For my daily salad at work, I put 1/2 the serving amount of my dressing in a baggie with my cut up tomatoes. The juice from the tomatoes adds to the dressing as well as seasoning the tomatoes. I then pour it all on top of the salad and shake it. Covers the salad and saves calories!
