Start every workout with a number to beat
I like to keep my numbers from the previous day on my HRM to help motivate me to match or top that number today. That way when I pick it up I see 530 calories burned, and if I was thinking about just doing the minimum I tell myself, "I did 530 yesterday I can totally beat that today!"

What To Focus on!
If we focus on the problem, then the solution may elude us; But if we focus on the solution, then the problem will disolve. Then we can move forward and onward to the next level.

Each day, do one small thing that will lead you to a better tomorrow.
When I'm running at the gym, I pretend that the person on the treadmill next to me is a hot celebrity that I want to impress...even if it's really a fat old man.

I just read a blog about looking at getting healthy , losing weight , as being our job ...
What a great way to think !
Because....at the end of the day if I am not steering my own ship ,I will veer off course ...
So I choose to STAY on course and find the Diamonds !!
Exercising different parts of the body
If you nomally exercise outdoors doing biking or walking, on a rainy day do something indoors using your upper body so that all of your body is getting strong & firmed up!
