8oz. light chocolate soy milk
2 - 3 teaspoons instant coffee (more or less to taste)
8 to 10 ice cubes
Blend, blend, blend until thick and milkshake like.
I am so excited. My husband asked how much weight I had lost so far. When I told him, he said - I am really starting to see it. I really notice it in your legs and butt. YIPPEE!!! Best compliment I have had in a long time.
