If I am "tied" to the computer, I set a timer. I am @ the computer 40 minutes max, then take 10 minutes to do short bursts of exercise (running in place, resistance band work, walking).

Shop early . . . many meat items and produce items are discounted as they have to be sold that day. The meats . . . if you're not going to use them right away, freeze them.

Paying bills on time

Bills are marked with the date to pay. THat gets put into my BILL FOLDER, which is in my office-in-a-bag. I mark bill paying days on my calendar. In my office-in-a-bag I keep: stamps, envelopes, calculator, pens/pencils. That way I can take the bag with me if I need to and multi-task!!

making life less hectic

I keep a binder with my routines. My routines include such things as: bedtime routine -- laying out clothes for the next day, setting up the table for breakfast the next day, setting up meds for the next morning. That way I can check to see if I've forgotten anything at the end of a hectic day.
