When you're making a smoothie with & it ends up tasting watered down or too thin....try adding in a little scoop of oatmeal to thicken it up. Instead of adding more yogurt/milk, etc. Much healthier, it won't melt down into the smoothie, and it mixes in awesome & you can barely even taste it in there with all your other healthy ingredients!
