I have a 5 subject notebook. I write or paste articles of protein foods, high fiber foods, healthy fat foods, high calcium foods, etc. so when I am lacking a nutrient I just refer to my pages of my listed items and see how I can make it up.
Someone mentioned this. Apples were too tart and hard for me. I dice up, pour little honey, flaxseed, and cinnamon and microwave for 1 minute or so. Now I am eating my apple a day and hopefully keeping the doctor away.
